We are committed to offering you the right to object and withdraw your personal information.

The right of opposition is understood as being the possibility offered to Internet users to refuse that their personal information be used for certain purposes mentioned during collection, or that it be removed and that it no longer appears, for example, in a mailing list.

Security

The personal information we collect is kept in a secure environment for the duration of the Communication and social marketing project on the chorus frog and its habitat, plus two years: Mailchimp, GoogleDrive, WordPress. They will be destroyed later.

People working for us are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. Only authorized people have access to it with a confidential code: promoter, coordinator, communications manager and project webmaster. Access is modified upon the resignation of one of these people. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the project coordinator.

To ensure the security of your personal information, we use the following measures:

We are committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality. However, as no mechanism offers maximum security, some risk is always present when using the Internet to transmit personal information.

No confidential data is shared with any third party, and no marketing or sales solicitations will be sent to you.

No entries in the Personal Information Security Incident Register or remedial measures have been made due to lack of cases to date.

This policy is posted on the rainette.ca website and at the information collection point (when subscribing to the newsletter or contacting the coordinator is suggested).
